4/36 Hill Grove Farmhouse
II

House. C17 timber frame, reclad C18, with extensions at each end of the early C19.
Walls of brickwork in Flemish Garden Wall bond with blue headers, with altered
features: north side of Flemish bond with blue headers and plastered flat arches,
stone cills. Tile roof, half-hipped at the south end, and with higher eaves at the
north end. The south extension merges with the middle old block, the north
extension being taller; south-east front of two storeys, 3.1 windows. Casements
to the main part, some with narrow side panes, sashes at the north side with narrow
side panes. 6-panelled (old) door in a C20 frame.
