Circa 1830. 2 storey villa. White brick with band between storeys. Low
pitch hipped slate roof with flat eaves. Symmetrical front. 3 windows 1st
floor, 2 on ground floor, recessed sashes glazing bars intact, flat gauged
brick arches. Central 6 panel door in architrave surround. Porch of square
section Doric columns modified entablature. Glazed side lights to porch.
Formerly had cast iron gates and rails now removed.
