1830-40 villa of 2 storeys and basement, 3 windows. Low pitched, hipped, slate
roof with paired brackets to eaves soffit. Multicoloured brick with stuccoed
front. Anthemion and palmette frieze. Recessed replaced sash windows. 1st
floor centre window in long recess embracing central door also. Ground floor
windows in square recesses, all resting on basement plinth. Console bracketed
cornices to ground floor windows. All but 1st floor centre window have blind
cases. 4 steps to prostyle Doric porch with fluted columns and pilasters. 4-panel
door. Cast iron handrail and area railings.
