Early-mid C19 villa of storeys, 3 windows on main, garden front. Greyish
yellow brick. Low pitched, slate roof with 2 shallow, pediment-like gables to
road. These have overhanging eaves and console bracketed cornice below, broken
back over recessed centre bay. Gauged, shallow segmental brick arches to sash
window with glazing bars, those in outer bays 3-light. Ground floor outer windows
have console bracketed cornices over. Ground floor centre bay stuccoed with
cornice over; and window in this bay has external, louvred shutters. Entrance
front, to North off Morden Road, has irregular windows of similar type and a
reproduction classical doorcase.
