centre left. 2 storeys of 3 windows: ground floor paired 8/8 sashes
or sash and fixed light: cambered lintels, 2 and 3-light casements or
horizontal sliding sashes above. Door to left. Door on right end and
C20 2-light casement above. Group value with No. 1 Groby Road which
adjoints.
