Early-mid C19 house of 2 storeys and basement, 3 windows. Stock brick with
stucco frieze, cornice and blocking course. Sash windows with vertical bars
in stucco-lined reveals under gauged flat brick arches.
Eight steps, with cast iron handrails, to door (now flushed) with fluted quadrant
pilasters, mutuled cornice head and plain fanlight.
