Terrace wall. Probably C18. Large blocks of coursed red sandstone, possibly
removed from the medieval castle. Retaining wall built outside of the curtain
wall over part of the former moat. Stepped buttresses at regular intervals
along a long straight wall on the east side of the garden. Included partly for
G.V. with Rose Castle.
