Three cottages, how 2 dwellings. Mid C18, extended to right in late C18 and mid
C19. Coursed and squared chalk; old tile roof, gabled to left, hipped to right;
brick left end stack and right ridge stack (originally end stack of C18 house).
T-plan with rear right wing. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Segmental brick arches
over 2 blocked doors, one plank door, 3-light leaded casement to left, C19
two-light iron casement, and C20 casement to right; first floor three-light
leaded casements, include latticed pane to left. 3-light leaded horizontal
sliding sash to rear. Late C18 rear right wing with chalk ashlar bands and brick
dressings; gabled old tile roof; brick end stack; 4-panelled door to right. Mid
C19 brick one-bay extension to right. Interior not inspected but likely to be of
interest.
