House at Charwelton House)

Garden house. C18. Coursed squared ironstone and ironstone ashlar, tile roof,
brick stack. Square, one-unit plan. Single-storey and basement. 6-panel
double-leaf central doors approached by four semi-circular steps and flanked by
narrow 1-light leaded windows; windows and doorway have stone lintels and
keyblocks. Chamfered quoins, brick dentil cornice, pyramidal roof with timber
finial. 2-light casement window to rear.
