Cottage. Dated 1780. Coursed squared limestone, corrugated asbestos roof, brick
end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2-storey, 2-window range. Main front to south has
central C20 door in moulded wood surround with straight hood on brackets and
timber lintel extending over 3-light casement windows either side. 2-light
casements to first floor with timber lintels either side of central datestone
inscribed L/IF/1780 Interior has chamfered spine beams and open fireplace with
chamfered bressumer.
