GV II

House, dated 1841 and built by the Toft Estate. Painted brick
with overhanging Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 2-window range
with central entrance in gabled porch and 2 wide gables with
plain bargeboards over upper windows. Casement windows of
3-lights to ground floor, 2-lights above, with leaded lights
and stone hoodmoulds. Similar windows in return elevations.
Coat of arms and date in low relief on a stone over the porch.
Central polygonal stack.
