GV II

2 gates, railings and garden walls.
East gate: late C18 wrought-iron gate with openwork box piers
having torch flambe piers and overthrow with Windsor type
lantern. Flanked by attached railings on low brick stone
capped walls.
South gate: C20 facsimile of the original 1707 wrought-iron
gate, inscribed JAG (for Joshua Gee), between brick piers
surmounted by stone balls. Attached flanking cast-iron
railings with urn finials.
Garden walls: C17 and C18. Brown brick with alterations. On
north side, buttressed terrace with stone steps having
cast-iron railings.
