Terraced house with later shop. Early C18, refaced in
facsimile early C20. Yellow stock brick with red brick
dressings and floor bands. 4 storeys. 5 windows, left hand
window blind on all floors. Late C19 shopfronts with stucco
Corinthian pilasters and console bracket stops flanking
enriched entablature; C20 plate glass glazing. Upper floors
have gauged red brick flat arches to flush framed sashes.
Parapet. Rear facade with original brown brick.
INTERIOR: not inspected but No.70 noted to retain good
panelled hall and stair with boxed-out cornices. Original
staircase with closed string, turned balusters and square
newels.
