GV II

Terraced house. Late C18/early C19. Yellow stock brick. Slate
mansard roof with segmental dormers. 3 storeys, basement and
attics. 3 windows. Stucco doorcase with pilasters carrying
entablature and pediment, doorway with panelled reveals,
overlight and panelled door. Gauged brick flat arches to
recessed sashes, those to 1st and 2nd floors in shallow,
round-arched recesses with stucco impost bands. 1st floor
sashes with stucco sill band and cast-iron balconies. Stucco
cornice. Rear elevation possibly earlier C18.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
