Two sets of chambers in a single block. c1927 in Neo-Georgian style. Red brick under hipped tile roof with dormers. Two storeys and attic. Three windows to Square, with four window return to south side and six windows to north. Entrances on east and south side with wooden architraved doorcases with console-bracketed cornices and segmental, broken pediments, that on the east side with a ball. Panelled doors. Flush framed sash windows. Stone plaque on west front inscribed TC EET 1927.
