House, now offices with flat over, on triangular corner site.
c1800. Fine-jointed red brick with Bath stone dressings, Welsh
slate roof hidden by parapet; rear wings in rubble with
double-Roman tiles; brick chimney stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 5 bays divided 3 and 2. Stone plinth,
rusticated plain pilasters, cornice and plain coped parapet. 2
C20 small-pane shop window units to ground floor, with an
original semicircular arched rusticated stone door surround
bay 2, incorporating cast-iron fanlight. Upper floors have
sash windows, 12-pane to first floor and 9-pane to second
floor, in plain openings with gauged brick flat arches, those
to bays 4 and 5 being of different pattern.
