House with shop, now shop with offices. Late C18, refenstrated
late C19. Brick with stone dressings, colourwashed, Welsh
slate Mansard roof between coped gables, brick chimney stacks.
Double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys with attics, 2 bays. Shop front across
whole of ground floor, with panelled pilasters, very shallow
fascia with cornice, shop entrance in centre, with C20 door in
splayed recess on right giving access to first floor. Upper
floor has shallow angled bay windows for full height, having
plain sash windows to each face, moulded cornice below tall
parapet, behind which is set a central 3-unit flat roofed
dormer with originally 9-pane sash windows to each section.
Signboard attached to first-floor bays below sill level, C20
projecting sign on right, also at first-floor level.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
