Farmhouse, now house. c1780, with alterations c1900 and late C20. Red brick with pale brick headers, concrete tile and patent pantile roofs with moulded brick eaves. Gable stacks. L-plan, 3 storeys. Street front has 3 windows. Central glazed wooden porch c1900, with brick plinth. Original wooden doorcase with eared surround and cornice on brackets. Part glazed door c1900. Either side single tripartite windows with glazing bars to the upper lights. Above central 2-light window flanked by further tripartite windows with glazing bars to upper lights. Top floor has central 2-light and flanking tripartite windows all with glazing bar upper lights. Rear front blind, with blocked tall central staircase window. Fenestration to converted rear wings mostly late C20.
INTERIOR. Central hardwood dog-leg staircase with square newels, Chinese Chippendale balustrade and moulded handrail. Right room has exposed spine beam and fireplace bressummer. Corresponding room above has cased beams. Top floor rooms have original 4-panel doors. Rear range has exposed timber in 2 ground floor rooms, one beam with shaped stops.
