Description

Earlier mid 18th century. 2 storeys. 1st floor windows break
through wallhead, 5-bay farmhouse. Harled with boulder base
course, 3'-4' thick walls. 20th century glazed lean-to porch
to centre; margined doorway. Single light windows with
polished margins; 4-pane sash windows. 5 piended dormer heads
break through eaves. Corniced end stacks, thackstanes,
sandstone ridge, slate roofs.
3 window elevation to rear with deeply recessed 4-pane
sashes. Single-storey scullery to rear; probably early 20th
century addition.
Single-storey gabled wing to W painted rubble. Lean-to
addition to E.
