Description

Late 18th century with alterations. Single storey, random rubble cottage of 4 irregular bays, enlarged openings; red sandstone margins. Door to left of centre with 2 windows at right, 1 to left. Blank gable end to E, openings altered at rear; brick margins. Sash and case windows with modern glazing. Red pantiles, straight skews, brick stacks.

Statement of Interest

Feu from Kinloch of Gilmerton Estate at end of 18th century. Listed as B-Group with cottage to W, Cromdale. Planning consent granted 2.5.91 for alteration and extension to house including removal of chimney and porch at rear.
