Description

Early 19th century. Approximately 100m square, walled garden with dividing wall, built on sloping ground to E of Home Farm (listed separately). Roughly squared and coursed rubble, sneck harled with ashlar gablet coping. Dividing wall running E-W, with depressed arched opening and ashlar coping. 2-storey, lean-to potting sheds to exterior of N wall.

Statement of Interest

Possibly contemporary with circa 1800 Steading to W. Mountblairy House, now demolished, was sited to the NE. The garden is currently overgrown.
