Late 18th century. Pair of single-storey, 3-bay cottages. No 45 rendered painted rubble, 47 painted rubble with boulder basecourse.

Central doorway flanked by 12-pane sash windows Slate roofs, corniced end stacks No 47 with modern dormers to rear.
