Description

Mid to later 18th century. 2-storey, regular 3-bay house. Harled, painted chamfered ashlar margins. Centre entrance with panelled door; slightly smaller ground floor windows with 9-pane glazing, 12-pane in lst floor windows, all timber sash and case. Moulded cornices to end rubble stacks; slate roof.

Statement of Interest

At rear the house opens to a paved and cobbled courtyard enclosed N and W by 2, 3 and 4 Waterpath. The portion of this court immediately behind 11 High Shore is currently separated. See also notes for 2 Waterpath.
