Description

Circa 1826. 4-storey plain classical tenement with modern shops at ground floor, 10 x 4 bays. Polished ashlar. Main sash and case windows in architraves, lugged at 1st and 2nd floor. Ground floor cornice. 1st and 2nd floor windows corniced. Eaves cornice, blocking course. Reduced wallhead stacks, axial stack.

"Built by the late Mr Robert Ferrie of Blairtumnock" (Fraser).
