Description

Earlier to mid 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay house terminating irregular terrace. Sandstone ashlar to front and side, squared and snecked to rear. Base course, band course above ground floor. Central wallhead gable with chimney.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: central pilastered and corniced doorpiece, rectangular fanlight, 4-panel door, window centred above at 1st floor, wallhead gable and chimney above. Bays flanking with timber-mullioned bipartite at ground; windows at 1st floor with canted dormers above.

N ELEVATION: adjoining 125/127 Bridge Street.

S ELEVATION: 2 bay gable end.

E ELEVATION: modern glazed projection to centre and mansard dormer off-set to left.

Grey slate pitched roof, stone skews, skewputts. Replacement brick gablehead stack to S. Decorative rainhopper and gutter fixtures.
