History

Later C18 or early C19 road bridge over Afon Teifi.

Exterior

A rubble-stone single-span, double-carriageway road bridge with smaller flood arch on the N (Ceredigion) bank. Arches are slightly recessed. On the upstream side the N bank has a V-shaped stepped cutwater between the arches, while the corresponding downstream side has a shallow stepped buttress. The bridge, and a long approach on the N side, have a coped parapet.

Reasons for Listing

Listed as a well-detailed road bridge from the Georgian period.
