Detached house. Early-mid C19 villa. Stuccoed stone rubble. Low pitched slate
hipped roof with lead rolls to hips and paired brackets to eaves soffit. Two
storeys. Three bays. Band at first floor level. Sash windows with glazing bars
and margin panes. Central doorway with panelled reveals, now glazed to form a
window. Central chimney stack.
