9/10 The Cottage and Jasmine Cottage

Pair of cottages. C18 with C19 or C20 additions. Slate rubble walls. Gable
ended roof, slate to The Cottage, and thatched to Jasmine Cottage. 2 brick
stacks, one axial and one at right gable end.
Plan: The Cottage has 2-room plan but may in fact have originated as 2 cottages.
Jasmine Cottage was 2 rooms which have been turned into one room in C20. C19 or
early C20 rear outshuts added.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Regular 2 : 2 window front of circa early C20 2-light
casements. The Cottage to the left has a slate pentice at the centre over a C20
stable-type door which has another blocked doorway to its left. Jasmine Cottage
also has a pentice over a C20 glazed door.
Interior: inaccessible at time of survey.
