8/43 Parrots Corner


House, probably formerly 2 cottages. Circa early C18. Rendered stone rubble
walls. Hipped thatch roof. 3 brick stacks, one axial and one at each end.
Plan: 3-room plan but probably converted from 2 cottages which were divided by an
axial stack.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 4 window front. To the left are late C20
small-paned 1, 2 and 3-light casements. To the right are mid - later C20 2-light
casements without glazing bars. Gabled porch to left of centre has C20 part-
glazed door behind.
Interior: inaccessible at time of survey.
