Cottage. C18 with probably C19 addition. Stone rubble walls, mainly rendered.
Hipped thatch roof, gabled slate to left-hand addition.
Plan: main range probably 2-room plan with 1 room and entrance in addition at
left-hand end.
Exterior: 2 storeys. The cottage is built end on to the road, and has 3 windows
on its end wall, 1 on first floor and 2 below, all late C20 P.V.C. windows. Wing
projecting from left-hand end is recessed and has a C19 panelled and glazed door
with window above.
Interior: inaccessible at time of survey.
