Cottage. Circa early C18. Rendered rubble walls. Thatched roof, gabled at
right-hand end and extending in catslide over left-hand end. Rendered brick stack on rubble base at right gable end.
Plan: probably built as 2-room plan with larger heated room to the right. C19
outshut added at left-hand end.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 1-window front of C20 2-light casements with
another on the front of the leanto. At centre is C20 plank door with thatch hood
above. Wide rubble buttress to its right.
Interior: inaccessible at time of survey.
