Cottage. Probably later C17 with C18 addition. Rendered stone rubble walls.
Thatch roof gabled to left end hipped to right. Rubble stack with brick shaft at
left gable end. Rubble stack to rear addition.
Plan: 2-room plan, only left-hand room heated. Behind it is an outshut also with
a fireplace, which was probably an C18 addition.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Regular 3-window front of probably C19 small-paned 2 and 3-
light casements. Central C20 stable-type door. Out shut behind left-hand end
with large rubble stack.
Interior: inaccessible at time of survey but may contain original features such
as beams and fireplaces.
