House. Circa mid - later C17. Rendered stone rubble walls. Asbestos slate roof,gabled at left-hand end, hipped to right. Rendered rubble stack with dripmoulds
and brick shaft at left gable end, similar stack at right-hand end and inserted
brick shaft at the front.
Plan: 2-room plan with larger room to the right, both rooms heated. Some
subdivision may have taken place to the right-hand room in late C19 or early C20
when a further stack was inserted on its front wall.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 3-window front of C20 2 and 3-light
casements. Small-paned C19 window to left on ground floor. C20 part-glazed door
to left of centre behind small open-fronted porch. There is another door in the
right-hand end wall.
Interior: inaccessible at time of survey but unlikely to have been altered much
since early C20.
