6/45 Pair of Gate-Piers
Immediately East of
Painsford Manor


Gate-piers. Probably late C17. Granite monoliths. Tall slender and slightly
tapered piers of round section with small integral ball finials.
Each pier is broken near the top, the east pier has 2 fractures.
