Bridge carrying drive to Curtisknowle House over lane in the estate village
of Curtisknowle. Dated 1830 Local slate rubble. Segmental arch with rough
slate voussoirs and straight sided abutments. Low parapet with slate
capping. Small granite tablet over the arch on the east side with roll
moulded surround and initials 'HH' and date '1830'. H.H. probably refers
to Henry Hore of Curtisknowle House. Under the bridge the north abutment
is rebated as a doorstop and the south side has one hinge but the gate
itself missing.
