GV II

House, Mid C19. Stone rubble, stuccoed and blocked out. Asbestos slate
hipped roof with overhanging eaves. Rendered stacks at the sides, the
right hand with turned clay pots, the left hand with louvred pot.
Plan: Probably double depth plan with 2 principal front rooms, a central
entrance hall and 2 shallow service rooms at the back.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front. All original Cl9 sash
windows with margin panes and small horns. Central doorway with original
moulded 4-panel door, the bottom panels flush; a plain rectangular
overlight and a canopy above modified in C20. Rear elevation not
inspected.
Interior: not inspected but may retain its original features and joinery.
