Small outbuilding probably originally connected to the former north range of
Beenleigh gv; now a summerhouse. Circa C17 or earlier origin, but much
altered. Local stone rubble with some slate rubble. Thatched roof with
gabled ends. Rectangular on plan. Open-fronted with C20 glazed doors
inserted. C20 roof structure.
