Pair of gate piers and gate to drive entrance of Brookdale (qv). Circa mid
C19. Rendered stone rubble piers with granite caps and finials. Square
piers with rusticated render and square granite caps with concave necking
swept up to large granite ball finials.
Wrought iron gate to carriageway with rails and diagonal bracing, and
stiles bent over the top rail as scrolls. At the bottom the rails are
closely spaced and rise to just above the dog-rail.
