1807 in grey bricks on facade but this may indicate restoration of an earlier
house. Red brick with grey brick headers. Roof with bands of fishscale and
plain tiles and cresting. Off centre and end chimneys. 2 storeys. 4 windows,
1st floor sashes with glazing bars, lower windows generally late C19 glazing
and 1 modern bay. Off centre door with tiled hood.

The North Barn, Farmhouse, Cottage and Pump at Bockhampton Farm form a group.
