Early C18. Under same roof as No 30 (qv). Red brick with brick eaves
cornice and tiled roof. 2 storeys and 3 gabled dormers, 4 windows, 1
a double sash. No 32 has 2 of its windows with boxed frames and glazing
bars. No 34 has unbarred sashes with twisted C19 iron columns separating
lights. No 32 has an unusual doorway, divided into 2 vertically and
flanked by fluted pilasters with projecting cornice above.

Nos 30 to 34 (even) Avonbank, No 23 opposite and Waterloo Bridge, form a group.
Avonbank is a building of local interest.
