Late C18/early C19. Painted brick facade. Modern lmnttled roof. End chimneys.
2 storeys. 2 windows, casements with modern glazing. Centre gabled porch.
Grade II for importance in group here.

The Thatch, Woolland, Lark Cottage and West Quartleys with Yellow Cottage and
Kirkhill form a group with Nos 61, 64 and 66 Salisbury Road. Yellow Cottage and
Kirkhill are of local interest.
