Earlier C19. Originally 1 house, now 2. Painted brick with half hipped slate
roof. L-shaped with addition in angle of L. 2 storeys. 3 windows, early C19
casements and sashes with glazing bars. Some windows have dripstone moulds above.

Willow Lodge and Dunkinty House with Mudeford House and Mude Cottage form a group
with No 60 (Mudeford Green) opposite.
