Late C18/early C19. Painted brick with brick eaves band and cornice. Modern pantiles, end chimneys. 2 storeys. 3 windows, generally sashes with late C19 glazing but centre 1st floor a dummy window. South side ground floor angular bay with arched lights and cornice. Centre gabled porch.

Holmfield College, Winkton Lodge Cottage, St Anne's and Kimbolton Cottages, Clifton Cottage, Willow Cottage and Bumble Bee Cottage form a group with Monks Revel and Gosfield Cottages opposite. (Holmfield College and Winkton Lodge Cottage are of local interest.)
