Early C19 farmhouse, red brick, two storeys, with eaves cornice and hipped slate roof. Three windows wide, glazing bars intact. Similar wing at rear connects with much older cottage (service wing at time of survey): two storeys, red brick, hipped tiled roof, casement windows on both floors.

Sanctuary, Sanctuary Cottage and Wick Farm Buildings form a group.
