C19. 2 storeys. 3 windows. Slate gabled roof. Rough cast front; moulded
string above ground floor; moulded eaves cornice. Modern casement windows,
2-light above and 3-light below, upper ones with drip stones. Central
doorway. Rendered plinth; footscraper. In South-west wall, accessible
through passageway, early to mid C19 door, panelled in lower part; upper
part glazed, and with margin lights.

Nos 42 to 52A (even) form a group with No I Victoria Street and Nos 2 to
8 (even) Barton Hill.
