C18 to early C19 front. 2 storeys. 2 windows. Higher frontage than
No 52; similar ridge-line to No 52 with common stack and stack at right
hand end, Tiled gabled roof. Stone rubble front; plinth. Windows 3 Panes
wide. Entrance in east side in Victoria Street. 6-panelled door in frame,
top 2 panels cut away; flat hood on shaped brackets over.

Nos 42 to 52A (even) form a group with No 1 Victoria Street and Nos 2 to
8 (even) Barton Hill.
