Late C18 house in own grounds. Main front at right angles to road. Rough
ashlar walls, cornice, parapet. Additions at back. Main front is 2-storey,
3-window, the 1st floor windows being sashes with stone architraves and
projecting keys. Flanking doorway on ground floor are Venetian windows
with strip pilasters between lights and dentil entablatures. Round heads
to side lights and moulded archivolts to central lights. Good doorway
with segmental dentil hood supported on enriched console brackets. Frieze
has swag-and-vase enrichment of "Adam" type. Flight of steps leads up
to doorway; 6 steps flanked by iron handrails terminating at base in scrolls.
