Stone ashlar house in own grounds. The South-east corner is probably late
C17 and has remains of door and window jambs of that date. There is a
three-centred arch to the door of the semi-basement and a cambered oak
lintol to the basement fireplace. North front is probably early to mid
C19. Left hand part of painted stone rubble; right hand part of painted
brick. Window openings in right hand part only. Windows 4 panes wide
in reveals. 5 panelled door with fanlight to left hand. Porch with slate
gabled roof.
