Mid C18 structure at south-west end. Garden front facing north-west of
2 storeys, 5 bays. Ashlar. Slate roof. Panelled parapet. Centre bay
projects slightly forward and has a triangular pediment over. Stringcourse.
Moulded cornice. Windows 3 panes wide in frames; moulded archivolts with
keystones. In centre bay round-headed doorway with moulded archivolt (with
triple keystone) on pilasters; flanked by taller pilasters with entablature
with triangular pediment over. Contemporary rainwater head in corner behind
central bay. Road front of 2 storeys, 3 bays. Ashlar. 2nd bay also projects,
and 3rd bay also projects but slightly less. Moulded cornice and parapet
with triangular pediment over central bay; panelled parapet over. Windows
3 panes wide in reveals; stone architraves; small keystones. Doorway with
stone architrave; triangular pediment on scroll brackets. C19 wing at
north east end, 2 storeys. 3 windows. Left hand bay projects forward.
Date 1863 below one of the windows.
