Early C19 front. 2 storeys and attic with higher elevation than No 5. 2 windows and blocked centre 1st floor opening. Slate gabled roof; gabled dormer. Rough stone ashlar front. Windows 5 panes wide in reveals. Flush panelled door with top panels cut away and glazed.

The Congregational church , Wall and railings enclosing the Church, Nos 3 to 7 (odd) form a group with No 33 Bell Street.
